Hi everybody.

I just joined the BP community, I started listening to the podcasts, love them, I've learned so much already.

I'm ready to jump into investing. My long term goal is to quit my job and invest full time.

I have a little money saved up to hopefully buy a property and hold or flip. I'm looking at Milwaukee, WI at a couple of places for $20-30K that rents for $800-$1,200 or sell for around $70K. Is that a good deal/investment? I could really use some advice. I live in Los Angeles but I can't touch that market right now, it's way too expensive.
