My name is Slater Grimes, I am 21 years old and currently employed as a commodity broker at a firm specializing in managed futures.  My investing history started in high school watching Mad Money and the array of house flipping shows, but as my understanding grew so did my excitement.  I started learning about trading stocks and options but realized long after that I didn't have enough money for either.  Soon after I discovered leveraged currency trading where margin requirements were low and I was hooked.  At 18 I opened up my account and have been trading there even since,  all whilst working in a restaurant and starting a seasonal business with more than 300 accounts.  BUT NOW finally I feel comfortable enough to start researching and being involved with investment real estate more and more.  I have been reading and listening to all the BP podcast episodes loving the idea of multi-family units and have set my sights on getting into the game.  I am scheduled to take my final RE test for my CALbre sales license with a "theory" that I can use the license to work my way into partnerships by offering my commissions up, considering all I want to do is learn by doing at first without trying to make or lose money.  That is what brings me here, I am looking for anyone who will even just let me look at the forms or documents or receipts or problem I do not care, I just want to be a sponge thanks ;)
