Hey Whats Up BP?!

I'm so excited to be joining this awesome community and looking forward to meeting and learning from you all.

My name is Andre Johnson, I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I am a total noob when it comes to this business. I have attended a few seminars and done a ton of research online and in this forum; And I think its time for me to start networking and taking steps towards my goals.

My focus for starting out is wholesaling and I'm currently looking to build up a solid buyers list with the hopes of flipping my first deal very soon.

Also I'm looking for some more experienced investors in my area to learn from and maybe do some business sometime in the near future.

@Andre Johnsonthat's great you have been reading and checking things out!  There is a wholesaler / flipper from Charlotte that just did a great podcast on BP.  His name is Nasar and he has a web page and blog.  Has some agreements and motivational stuff.  He is a doer.  I recommend trying to connect with him!
