I can't believe I haven't heard to this site until now. My name is John and I'm looking to bolster my knowledge when it comes to REI. I unintentionally began investing in real estate about 3 years ago while in the military by using a VA loan to get the home, then renting out rooms to coworkers. This worked out great and I've been lucky enough to acquire a couple more properties, but at much higher costs due to the types of loans While my limited experience is only in rental properties, I'm eager to learn more about flipping, creative financing and tips for being more organized in my investment ventures. Really looking forward to learning from all this site has to offer.
