Hello all! My name is Chad and I just jumped on to Bigger Pocket and have been investing for about ten years now with rentals and flips. I was hoping to connect on here with others to open my eyes to new opportunities. I also would love to offer any advice if I am able to help. 

I live and work in the Lehigh Valley (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to be specific) and am looking for investments in that general area.
