My name is Joyce Schiappacasse (AKA DrJ). I hold a doctorate degree in Nursing, and work full-time for the Veteran's Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. Soon I will be completing the required course work to sit for the CA real estate licensing exam. My question to the community is: At age 59, I'm not so sure that real estate investing (income properties) is viable for me given the needed time (buy & hold). Any thoughts? Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate it :)
