Hey everyone, new apiring investor in Santa Cruz looking to jump into this Real Estate game.

My name's Max and after a year or so of thinking that real estate is something I would like to do in the future, I am finally going all in. 

I fee like investing is for me, and real estate is just very exciting right now. I've had moderate success as a poker player and as a currensy trader. I really like figuring out and solving problems, and it seems like Real Estate offers that as well as leverage and tax benefits.

I've been researching all I can for a week and absolutely love BP. I'm sick of paying rent, so my first priority is to get into a house and build equity and hopefully get some cashflow going, but if I got the ball rolling on this business I wouldn't want to stop. So, I'm here just to see learn as much as I can and get some properties going!

I'm excited to meet everyone and get involved in this community so I'll see ya'll around :)
