College student looking to learn

Hello everyone!

I just finished up my third year out of five at college and I am looking to learn more about real estate investing (duh). My two friends and I recently had a pretty bad experience with a landlord which we are still in the process of resolving but that was part of my motivation to start looking into being a landlord and owning properties because I know I could do a much better job after learning the ins and outs of the business. I also love learning about finance and investments.

Currently my major is in Information Technology but I certainly have an entrepreneurial spirit and the more I hear about real estate the more I think about how exciting it would be to own and manage a bunch of properties all while working for myself. Since I'm still in college I have a few years before I can actually begin investing seeing as how I have no money, but until then I'm looking to learn as much as I can! I'm looking forward to networking with people and learning as much as possible.
