Beginner investor in Pittsburgh, PA

Hello friends,

I am very excited and grateful to be able to participate here on BP. What a wealth of information and more importantly great, helpful people!!!

Anyway a bit about me: I am Zee, a 25 year old IT professional looking to get into REI with the goal of lifestyle design, building an EARLY retirement, and once I have "me and mine" set up, charity.

My company (am I allowed to post the name?) is currently just a shell. I have yet to complete my first deal, but of course I am working on building business credit and other things I can do pre-first deal.

I would like to get into marketing/wholesaling first, then flipping and rental. I am very interested in networking especially with folks here in Pittsburgh as I will soon be looking for buyers as well as private and hard money lenders to work with.
