Hello All,

I have never invested in real estate but I really want to! I am a mother and wife with a little one on the way. My husband and I just want more, we want additional sources of income and well and more financial stability. Plus we want to have more money and time to invest in our actual family as well!

I hope to get the most out of this site, I want to read as much as I can and meet fellow newbies as well as some seasoned pros :).
