Hi! Is it still possible to make money flipping in Greater Orlando?

Hi there BP community!

I'm a RE newbie, after watching HGTV's Flip or Flop, I can't wait to get my feet wet flipping a property of two. Is a small war chest of $100k capital possible to get started?

Has anyone here done business with this wholesaler, StoneBridge Real Estate Group? A friend told me that one of their agents is a BP pro member and when he asked him how accurate their rehab's estimates are (plus, minus 10%), his short and long answer is, "I have no idea." The really strange thing is, StoneBridge also owns a construction company yet they have NO idea if their estimates are accurate, not even plus, minus 10%.
