New to BP and just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Dan McFall and I live in Round Rock, TX. a suburb north of Austin. I'm new wholesaling, but not to real estate. I'm a residential real estate developer and former home builder. My last project was the 423 lot Caballo Ranch subdivision in Cedar Park, TX. I decided to jump into wholesaling because the market here for raw land has gone crazy! National production builders a paying above $2.00+ for raw land - that's way too rich for my blood. Regarding wholesaling, I put 2 houses under contract in my first 30 day and am looking for buyers now. I'd like to be able earn a full-time living wholesaling, but I realize it will take time and their is a lot to learn. Great Info on the site - Good to be here!
