My name is Tom and I'm pretty new to real property investing.  I'm very humble and realize I have much to learn.  I feel that every persons experience, successful or otherwise is knowledge that is invaluable.  Any advice or stories are greatly appreciated.  I currently have one rental property and have enjoyed the experience so much, I'm looking to continue to a second.  So thats where I'm at, learning how to make this scaleable.
