Hello All
Hello,
My name is Michael from The OC. I work for Marcus and Millichap, a commerical investment brokerage company, as an assistant that specialize in Multi Family Homes.
Also, I work closely with a real estate developer, GBI International, that is the sister company where my license is under.
I would like to share with this community the knowledge I have in commercial real estate and anything else that Im knowledgeable at.
I hoping to network with everyone in this community and learn more about Bulk REO. Im looking into the future to invest in some but want to know more about it before I jump in. Hoping to start with a small portfolio and grow from there.
