Hello,

I am looking to get back into Real Estate investing. My husband and I have done some investing in residential properties in the past, i am intimately familiar with tenants and toilets and believe me the stories are all true!!!

I am currently interested in wholesaling and real estate flipping if the right deal comes along. Real Estate investing is something I have always been interested. I have toyed with the idea of getting my RE license again, something I did have before leaving to raise my family. I have also dabbled some in notes, by helping owners sell there contracts to investors.

I look forward to meeting other fellow investors here in the forum and helping anyway I can.
