I'm a new member and have been investing in small apartments as a way to diversify my assets since 2010. I currently own eight 2-4 unit apartment buildings in the mid-west and am interested in buying bigger buildings in the 5 to 30 unit range.

Specifically, I am looking for contacts/information/help in the following areas:
- improving my lead sourcing for small to medium sized apartments
- learning more about alternative financing / private lending
- identifying other out of state markets to invest in

Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
