Hello Everyone,

I'm new to BP and I just finished signing up! My name is Joel Baez and I looking to get into my first deal in the Tampa, FL area.

I graduated from USF with a Bachelors in Finance and I always had an interest in Real Estate. Currently, I'm working for Citibank and I'm learning a lot about the financial industry.

I have been listening to the podcasts and watching the videos. I have learned a lot from BP and I'm looking to start my real estate portfolio. 

I'm looking for a mentor in the area with experience in the Tampa market. My goal is attaining more good information , building relationships, and getting started on my first purchase.
