Hey Everyone,

My name is Rod and I attended a 3 day workshop in May last year on real estate investing. I kept putting it off and putting it off. My friend and partner always came up with excuses of why we wouldn't start. 

Since joining BP a few weeks ago I have been able to learn a wealth of information and really boost my confidence. We have laid the ground works for our business. And started created weekly action plans. 

We have learned that the real secret to getting the first deal is to get off our duffs and get working. We haven't found that deal yet, but we will very soon.

Welcome to BP, and congrats on getting started early. I wish I had started when I read my first real estate book, instead of 20 years later. However, late or early, Real Estate works well, very well.
