Somewhat New in The Woodlands

Hi all. I just joined but not necessarily new to REI. My wife and rehabbed her place after we got married and made a great return. We took the profit and bought a rental property and our current residence. The rental property has been a long lesson in mistakes with a few small wins. We just sold it for a reasonable profit but our own residence has been the better buyer - over 100% appreciation.

I would like to move into 100% real estate investing and hope that I can find things in and around The Woodlands.  I am probably more cut out for flipping as I like to be busy and did not seem to have the stomach for renting.
