Howdy, BiggerPockets!

Good afternoon,

My name is Seth and I've been a certified residential real estate appraiser here in Florida for the past few years (cert res RD7831, just to be USPAP compliant!) and have decided about a year ago to also carry my sales license.

Truthfully, I'm a full time appraiser with a part time sales gig, but I would love to be full time in both fields. You see, when you love what you do, it never feels like work, and I LOVE real estate.

For a few years now, I've been helping an agent friend of mine value potential flip properties here in Lee County. I'd run the numbers and recommend a buying price as well as a resale value after updating the property. I've watched his investors make 15-25% on each flip while he pocketed a few bucks for his work. As an ethical being, I'd never chase his investors... but it makes sense to seek out my own. With over 3,500 residential valuations under my belt, I'm rather confident in my ability to help investors in SW Florida buy low and sell high.

Oh... and to keep some personality in this post... I also enjoy making my own wines (which I'm not yet very good at), spending time with my wife and our dogs, and relaxing on the beach.
