Hello everyone, Green horn, 43 yo. Married father of 5. 4 boys 1 girl. Marine corps veteran, firefighter 17 years Los angeles area. Enjoy coaching my son Flagg football team. Outdoor activities biking, running. No real estate investing experience. I have sold and purchased primary residence homes over the years, Through conventional methods. I have also lost a home. Goal, educate myself understand how to buy hold SFR or multiple unit properties for wealth building, provide for my family.
