What's the best way to introduce my grown children to REI through BP.com?

Hello everyone! I'm really new to all of this and so, so excited. I want to share this exciting website and the incredible opportunities available t them so they  don't work 70 hours a week in restaurants as my wife and I do!

What video or podcast or article would be the best to overcome what I expect might be a skeptical reception?

I've been going at the podcasts and other real estate related you tube videos non stop with every spare moment, even when driving. I'm looking to get going on rental properties and some flips as well as tax liens.

Any help would be appreciated more than you can imagine! I don't want them going 39  years as I have and still not know what you are teaching me here.
