Just a quick hello to all of you. I have been perusing the Forum for a while and posted a couple of things as well. I love the amount of information on this forum. I have even spoken with a couple of people on here that I truly hope to do some business with in the extremely near future.

My name is Scott Cook, my interests in real estate, are wide and varied. Where to start... I am the broker/owner of a real estate company, I own a real estate auction house, and a mortgage brokerage (ghost town) and I invest most of my personal holdings in multi-family dwellings.

My key interests are really in the Bulk REO/NPL arena, and investments.

I look forward to networking with you all.

Cheers  and

Best regards,

Scott Cook
