I am entirely new to the realm of real estate investing. I was introduced to this website by a friend and mentor who credits a lot of his recent success to learning from the blogs, podcasts, and the beginners guide available here on BP. I am currently enrolled full time at a university so, as you may assume, I do not have a substantial amount of capital to invest.
