I am currently living in Kokomo, IN but will be moving to central Missouri in about a year. I own several SFH in MO. I am very interested in wholesale REInvesting. I am new to this type of investing and want to learn all I can because I want to retire with extra income, I own a home in Kokomo and this will be my very first flip. I have lived in this house for six years now and yes I am making a profit on it. I have two houses I am looking at for more income but I do not want to fix and flip , I want to wholesale them but I am not sure where to start, one is bank owned and one is owned by a friend. I would like to discuss my options and any opinions with someone please. Thank you for your help on this.
