Hello all,

My name is Al and I live in northern California. I have been educating myself on real estate for a few years now and am ready to invest in properties in my native city of New Orleans. I have planned to move back to New Orleans to began my investing career. I am currently focusing on multiple-unit properties that are in need of rehab. I intend to hold on to these properties as a landlord which will provide housing to much needed communities in Greater New Orleans.

I currently have a property under contract that I'm looking for a hard money lender to help finance. I have contractors, agents and a complete proposal for finance. I need a partner or lender who is looking to get in on a great opportunity to revitalize one of America's great cities!!
