HI,

 I am a new member to BP.  I have heard so much about this website that I realized I had to join.  I am 23 years old and I am looking to become a first time investor.  I am strongly thinking about investing in single family and or Multi-family homes.   I currently live in NY,NY and was looking to invest in up-state NY.  I was looking for some-advice, net working etc.  All advice is welcome I would like to own 2 pieces of property by the end of this year.  I know I can.  Thank you all.  I look forward to talking to everyone.  

What are good areas to invest?  Does anyone invest in Binghamton, Buffalo area
