Hi all,

My name is Gerrick Ratliff. I will be graduating from Indiana State University in the next month and will be moving back to my home town in Chicago. Interested in starting with small, manageable properties like SFR/condo/duplex/triplex in the Chicago area. I will be working to get my license and soon be a realtor at an agency. I want to build my wealth starting at a young age and become an expert in the field.

I'd love to hear from members in the area and seasoned investors with pearls of wisdom. I learned about bigger pockets by watching a video on Youtube. I liked the straightforward approach and collegiality. I look forward to being a contributing member.
