Hello all! Everyone calls me Kimbro im new to bigger pockets and I'm so glad I found people who can talk real estate with me allllll daaaayyy long! Anyway I've ready books and have even done marketing (bandit signs) but I wanna try a direct mail campaign and need some help! I'm focusing on wholesaling at the moment and need some tips. If there are any other Oklahoma investors im reaching out to you as well!!
