New Central Maine BP Member Here! Help - Financing Issues

Greetings!  I'm a new BP member from the Central Maine area.  I've been lurking on the forums for a few months and have been listening to the podcasts from episode 1 and currently up to episode 79.  They are awesome!

I've got a "little" issue I'm struggling with that I'm hoping some creative members can help me troubleshoot.  It's concerning qualifying for financing with new criteria with debt to income percentages.   I'll try and post it to the appropriate forum.
