Hey guys, my name is Keith Jackson Jr. and I am 24 years old married with a daughter. I'm interested in building wealth for my family, and think real estate is a good way to go. However I am a complete beginner and would love all the help I could get on getting started.

It'll be a pleasure to get to know you all!

Look at your annual income, 3 credit scores from the agencies, monthly costs that are NECESSETIES and not WANTS.

If your credit scores are low then work on getting them up so that borrowing costs and interest rates are lower for you to pursue investing.

If credit scores are already perfect then look at saving costs per month where you can cut costs and put that towards investments.

If your income is at such a level to where there is no money leftover to save up after legitimate expenses then you need to look at working multiple jobs and possibly also finding a way to move to  a different job where you can earn more. Stay away from shiny vehicles with a large monthly payment and credit cards with high interest rates.
