Hello BP!

As you can see I am new to BP as a poster.  I have been following the site for a few months now reading posts and articles. I learned about BP during classes for real estate from another student.

I currently work as a property manager of a 100 unit building. I also own a duplex that my wife and I have been hacking through for the last year. I worked in residential construction for a few years which has proved helpful with our house, but I am still filling in some gaps on renovating. I recently received my real estate license and would like to purchase more investment properties.

I am trying to catch-up on BP podcasts, but let me know if there are any that I should jump to.
