I am in a semi-rural area in IN. We small towners face more and diff. challenges than the rest of you....often poking holes in most of the "accepted" methods and advantages of being a landlord. I'm gonna call 'em like it is...not like the glad mouths tell you. And....you probably won't like a dose off reality !
