Hello BP Community, My name is Chris Lichtman, new to real estate investing. I'm originally from South Jersey and moved here just about 2 years ago. My family and I fell in love with the Cali Lifestyle and we would love to make this our permanent home. My goal is to purchase a primary residence via foreclosure or short sale at a lower entry point. I'm an aggressive saver and have the means to put 20% down. Once settled with good equity, I plan on purchasing more homes as buy and holds for long and short term (vacation) rentals. We're currently looking for our first foreclosure in the $300k range in coastal Ventura county. I'd love to meet and acquire advice from local professionals who may be willing to help my family and I get rolling. I work for a large hotel company in executive management and I am a professional chef.
