Henderson, Nevada Resident Looking to Start Investing in the Local Area

Hello Everyone,

I live in Henderson, NV and am preparing to invest in real estate in the local area.  I would like to start with a single family rental and move up from there.  Currently, I'm just looking and saving money.  I'd like to get started soon, but I need to get some cash together since none of the no-down owner occupied loan options will work for me. 

I'm really excited about this and want to make the right decisions from the start.
