Hi Newbie from Atlanta here. I've been reading the forums and listening to podcast for about a month now and there's sooo much knowledge on here that I can learn from. I'm currently about to enroll in RE classes and I have a mentor that's been in RE for over 10 yrs he's primarily teaching me about transactional funding. Im hoping between the 2 I can earn enough for my first few fix and flips then on to rental properties. Has anyone had any experience with transactional funding and are there any other steps I could make to start my journey before being licensed? Such as obtaining a business license? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm super excited about this and I look forward to learning more and networking with you all.
