Newbie from New Castle County, Delaware

Hi All,

My name is Erika and I'm an investor in New Castle County Delaware. Glad to see there are a few members from our small state:) 

I close on selling my first property in two weeks and boy am I glad to chalk this one up to gaining a great deal of learning! It was intended to be a flip but ended up being a total tear down. After brutal delays and an 11 month build, it hit the market a month ago and went under contract quickly. I'm netting a very small profit, better than a loss I suppose!

I'm closing on my 2nd deal, a lot for a new build at the end of April. While my cash is tied up I'm looking to wholesale properties.  I'm curious about the best ways to canvas targeted areas as well as sending out letters. 

Does anyone have suggestions for me as how best to start? My time is 100% devoted to getting a daily system in place. 

Thank you BP for the wealth of knowledge I've gained from this site already...and I have a feeling I haven't even scratched the surface :)
