Investment Banker Turned Real Estate Investor in Atlanta

I've spent a lot of time on BP, which has been SO valuable in terms of its resources (thank you!). Now that my corporation is established and I have the gaps in my foundation filled, I thought it'd be great to introduce myself to you all and welcome any connections.

I've invested in real estate here and there in the past, but due to massive time constraints in my former investment banking career, didn't delve as deeply as I would have liked. Now that I've taken the plunge, I plan to do this full-time. I'm particularly interested in creative real estate acquisition strategies, creative funding strategies, and business/operations strategies focused on building a full-blown real estate investing empire.

I've acquired a construction company with 90 years total of experience in remodeling, custom builds, and renovation for investors in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. The principals of that company also made millions investing in the real estate market prior to the recession and have a host of experience there. I plan to leverage this acquisition's resources and talent to build a real estate investment empire with an international presence, starting with Atlanta first, since they've more recently been based out of Atlanta. And so 4 weeks ago, I moved here to get started!

My ambitions are lofty, but my skills are sharp, I pick up quickly, and I'm really excited and eager to learn as much as I can from everyone and add as much to the conversation as is possible. Please do connect! Thank you!
