Hi, 

I am newbie from Boston. I had read posted, podcasts.  I like to networking and join RE event,  please advice.  I am a buy and hold,  but like to flip also when I have a chance. My goal for 2015 is to renovate my apartments,  raise the rent, cash out refinance then buy more rental property.  I like to rental property less than 1 hour  driving radius from city of Boston. I like to buy, C, B class properties.

Search Massachusetts or Boston to start meeting fellow MA investors.  @Ann Bellamy runs a free networking event called Black Diamond.  I highly recommend that you attend. You can meet like minded investors that can also give advice on your strategy.
