Hi, I am looking for a knowledgeable realtor to use in the twin cities that has expertise in rental investment area that has connections to multiple other important team members such as a creative finance person for an example.  I'm thinking a realtor might be a good place to start in assembling a team while I educate myself on the biz.  Thanks for your responses.
