New to BP from Apple Valley, Minnesota

Hi everyone,

I am new to BP. I wanted to introduce myself and see if there was anyone else in the south metro flipping residential properties and holding rental properties for passive income. Just moved down here from North Dakota in December and would like to begin networking down here and get into real estate full time.
