Acquiring first investment property in Palmdale, CA

Hey everyone,

I'm new to Real Estate Investing and Biggerpockets. I'm currently in escrow/closing on my first property that I want as an investment property. It's a 4bedroom 2 bath property. I'm hoping to profit a few hundred dollars after the mortgage is paid in rent. I'm extremely nervous, anxious and overwhelmed. I'm currently working with a realtor that sells and obtains tenants for buyers. I'm using $15,000 and I'm scared because it took me a while to save that up and I'm afraid I won't be able to rent the place out. My long term goal is to eventually acquire multiple properties that cash flow and can eventually quit my regular daytime job.
