HI guys, looking to get started in the real estate world. Ive been lurking around and just reading and gaining as much knowledge as I can. I'm actively searching searching for duplexes and triplexes in the Philly area to help me build some additional cash flow. looking forward to continuing to learn from everyone on this site.
