Hello from Minnesota

Hi BP family. I wanted to just say Hi and let you know that I am an excited newbie interested in cash flowing. I am 37 and work in the medical field but have always loved all aspects of real estate. I am from and currently live near Saint Paul and Minneapolis. I have recently joined 3 REI groups and will attend my first meeting this Sat. I am interested in forming a knowledgeable teamwork of professionals and hopefully make my first small multi-unit buy by year end. I see myself continuing to work in downtown Saint Paul and use that job's income as a bridge to real estate. I will continue to use BP actively along with my groups to learn the business.
