Greetings from the Lone Star state!

We're buy and hold investors in the San Antonio / Seguin, Texas area. We've been investing in real estate for a couple of years through a larger network and own some rental properties in a couple other markets, but are now looking to invest more in our "own backyard" so we can have more control over the process.

We've been listening to the BP podcasts for several months (wish we would have found those and the site a couple of years ago when we first started!) and are addicted. We've already found a wealth of information on the forums, and are looking to start doing some networking in our area in hopes of finding some good deals on some single family rental properties. Our past deals have been mostly turnkey, but now that we are looking locally, we're also exploring buy-fix-and-hold.
