Hey everyone! Just wanted to set a date on first post and start into real estate investing. They say it takes 7 years to learn something well. So here's my start date (although I technically already bought a rental apt based on the lovely appreciation of the dollar lately, i really have no clue what I'm doing). Look forward to reading and learning here and hopefully one day adding.
