Introducing from Chattanooga, TN

Hello everyone. I am new to these forums, but wanted to introduce myself. I live/work in Chattanooga, TN and build new rental properties.

I have been involved in construction for most of my life and over the last 7-8 years have been involved in rental property investments. I have been on both side of development, ownership and property management.

I'm interested to be a part of this online community to see what I can learn, share and who I can network with.
