   Hello everyone I am so glad to stumble across this website I have learned so much already! I manage my fathers company for my day job but very excited to start investing. Naples is a expensive place to live  and invest (a lot harder to find deals) so I will probably have to get started in surrounding cities. But I am hungry as hell so Im ready to do whatever I need to do. I look forward to learning a lot more and very excited to get started. I will be ready within 6 months so in the meantime I am watching podcasts here and reading every book I can get my hands on. cheers!
