Hi Everyone,

I just join BP and am interested in real estate investing.  I have an intermediate investor in that I have invested in a estate property (multifamily) and have been a landlord.  My goal is to build a portfolio of real estate properties that will generate a nice positive cashflow for me and my family.  I reside in LA and have ties to the DFW area.  I am interested to see if you can do deals in a ultra-high price market like LA.  My day job is in insurance and investments so I have a good grasp of finance.  Thanks.
