My name is Clyde Allen Jr, I go by CJ for short I'd like to formally introduce myself to the BP community and tell you a little bit about myself!

Ever since the late 80's I have always wanted to become an entrepreneur in some area of business. I had a good friend (named Rudy) that was a Realtor and seemed to enjoy his chosen career. Rudy didn't know it, but I was a little envious of him, because he worked his own hours and sometimes much less than I but seemed to always have much more money and happiness than I! Finally one day in the late 80's I decided that I'm going into the Real Estate business and obtain happiness and more money like my friend Rudy. Unfortunately, I took the Real Estate examine about 10 times trying to pass without knowing the subject matter but trying to pass by memorizing the answers. Finally I decided to take courses on passing the real estate examine and know the profession. A long story short, I passed the real estate examine in 2000 brought and sold homes during the real estate market abundance and made pretty good money. After the market collapse, I let my license elapse, because I thought I had a good run and real estate was over. I went back to work and lost my dream of becoming a entrepreneur. Fortunately the plant I worked for closed in April of 2010, yes I said "Fortunately" and I was set free to dream again and decided to get my real estate license again and become a investor to secure my families financial future.

I have always wanted to become financially secure and not want for anything be able to help my kids and family to succeed in life too! I love helping people and seeing their faces smile when I'm able to help them own a piece of the American dream! I've learned a lot during my journey and want to know the profession of a real estate investor as I am still learning the profession of a Real Estate Agent. I'm in this for the "LONG HALL!"

Thank you for reading I hope I get to meet some of you ambitious entrepreneurs, build relationships with some of you, and succeed at our endeavors!

God Bless,

CJ Allen

See you at the top!
